Objective: Oversee the ads channel and collaborate with the team to develop and execute impactful advertising for the brand.


Approach: Took the lead in assessing the existing workflow and implemented a new system that transformed into a streamlined ad process, allowing for the consistent production of 6-10 ads per month. This initiative improved collaboration with cross-functional teams and utilized data to inform the development of future creative assets.


Impact: Top-performing ad in 2023, generating 2x the sales for the featured product.

Ad Process


The ads process consists of seven key phases aimed at developing thoughtful ad concepts, with the final step focused on analyzing data for learnings that are applied to future assets.
